1 Messlöffel (15g) WOMEN’S BEST "SLIM BODY SHAKE" Pulver - Schokolade
250ml fettarme Milch
2 TL Saflordistelöl
1 handvoll Eis
1 Banane
1 Packung Instant-Breakfast

 

Zubereitung:

Alle Zutaten im Mixer vermengen bis eine homogene Masse entsteht.
